I recently heard that starting in 2026, preschool teachers retiring early will not face pension reductions as per current regulations – that is, their pensions won't be reduced for each year of early retirement.

This information is very important to me because caring for and educating young children is demanding work, requiring significant physical and mental endurance. A specific policy for preschool teachers allowing early retirement without pension reduction would be a positive step, demonstrating the government's recognition of the unique challenges of our profession.

However, I am unsure if this information is accurate, legally established, or still under consideration. A clear answer would help me and my colleagues plan for the future.
