A 10-year-old boy’s desperate plea for help after a car accident in Quang Chau, Quang Dong province, China, moved passersby to action on the afternoon of 4/10. The incident occurred in the Thach Mon Duong Son tunnel, where a collision left his mother unconscious and three young children in a state of panic.
As other vehicles attempted to navigate around the accident scene, the boy emerged from the car. He knelt on the road, clasped his hands, and cried out, "Please save my mother!" This poignant act prompted several drivers to stop.
"The boy was trembling, repeatedly saying 'please save my mother', which truly broke everyone's hearts", one female driver recounted.

Among those who stopped was a driver named Zheng, who took the three children into her car. Other individuals helped the unconscious mother out of the vehicle. Ms. Zheng then transported the victim to the hospital. Quang Chau City Traffic Police later confirmed that the mother received timely emergency care and is now in stable condition.
The mother, Ms. Ye, reported having no memory of the collision itself, with her last recollection being the sound of her children crying. She has since reached out to express her gratitude to those who assisted. "If it weren't for those kind people, my children might have been heavily traumatized. Thank you everyone", she said.
The moving story quickly gained widespread attention on Chinese social media. Many online commenters highlighted how the 10-year-old boy's actions not only demonstrated profound maternal love but also inspired kindness and solidarity among strangers.
