Summer is the ideal time for fun, entertainment, and exploring life. Instead of focusing on "checking in" on social media like in previous years, many young people are now prioritizing personal experiences and mental well-being. Across various platforms and social networks, Gen Z says they prefer road trips, trekking, camping, or glamping because of the connection with nature, relaxation, and freedom.
Duc Duy, 24, from Ho Chi Minh City, an experienced traveler, says each trip is an exciting journey of discovery, creating lasting memories and fostering personal growth. To ensure a smooth trip, he meticulously prepares his clothing, accessories, itinerary, and focuses on maintaining good health and a relaxed mindset.
"I always keep a bottle of Boncha honey tea in my backpack to stay hydrated. The refreshing taste helps me stay energized and refreshed throughout the journey," Duy said.

Sharing the same passion for travel, Phuong Linh, 20, from Hanoi, finds challenging mountain trails spanning dozens of kilometers not only a chance to immerse herself in nature but also a way to push her limits.
"Under the scorching sun, just a sip of refreshing honey tea after a climb is truly amazing. It's also my favorite daily drink," Linh explained.
Many other young people in travel groups agree: refreshing drinks are essential for every trip. Thanh Nam, 22, from Da Nang, wrote on his personal page: "Boncha honey tea, made from 100% pure honey and real tea extract, has become an essential choice. It's both convenient and aligns with young people's healthy and energetic lifestyle."

Without leaving the city, Hue An's active group of nearly 20 friends in Ho Chi Minh City improve their physical health and bond through running, cycling, swimming, or new sports like pickleball. Alongside choosing suitable activities, the group emphasizes healthy food and drinks.
On online forums, many young people say they choose honey tea for its health benefits, refreshing taste, and invigorating qualities. Numerous resources from the NCIB indicate that green tea and honey contain antioxidants that help reduce aches and pains and extend exercise duration. Honey also contains vitamins and minerals that are good for the digestive system.
"Summer only lasts a few months, but for the younger generation, every moment is worth living to the fullest. Sometimes, just a bottle of perfectly chilled Boncha honey tea can stir emotions, making the journey more fulfilling," a Uniben representative said.
