Ngoc Mai, a parent in Ha Tinh, believes that reminders linked to real-life situations are more likely to create empathy.

"Relatable reminders are easy for both adults and children to remember and accept. Such a reminder is much more approachable than simply saying 'forbidden' or 'not allowed'", Mai said.

In Ky Xuan commune, Ha Tinh, Nguyen Thanh Chung, a Standing Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, sees the value of these reminders in each person's awareness of being part of a community. A civilized residential area is formed not only by regulations but also by residents' consensus. Vu Thi Van, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Thuong Phuc commune, Hanoi, believes that relatable messages can rekindle the care among community members. "The program's messages are very relatable, giving everyone a sense of inherent love, fostering stronger bonds, compassion, and more civilized conduct", Van said.

A representative from FPT Telecom believes that a neighborhood sometimes becomes more livable when people think a little more about each other.
