The Hoymiles solar power warranty center is situated in the Trang Tho A area, Trung Nhut ward, Can Tho city. The inauguration ceremony drew representatives from both companies, EPC general contractors, and over 120 installation units across the country.

Representatives from both companies stated that the facility aims to enhance after-sales services for customers and partners in the Southwestern region (Mekong Delta). This allows users to access equipment inspection, repair, and technical support directly in Can Tho, eliminating the need to send devices to centers in other areas.

The center offers comprehensive services: equipment inspection, troubleshooting, component replacement, and technical support. Upon receiving a device, technicians will diagnose the issue and inform customers of the proposed solution before commencing repairs. Hoymiles supplies all replacement components, guaranteeing adherence to company standards. Furthermore, the center includes a showroom featuring key products like: solar power inverters, lithium energy storage batteries, all-in-one solar power systems, and battery energy storage systems (BESS) for customer viewing.

Beyond distributing solar energy equipment, the company is investing in a local after-sales system, affirming its commitment to sustainable growth in Vietnam's solar power market.

During the event, Vo Phu Huu, Director of Vietnam Solar Co., Ltd., and Andres Sun, Hoymiles' Asia-Pacific Regional Service Director, signed a cooperation and development agreement. This agreement seeks to elevate the partnership between the two companies to comprehensive cooperation across three key areas: product supply, equipment warranty, and technical training in the solar power sector.

According to Vo Phu Huu, this agreement officially designates Vietnam Solar as Hoymiles' authorized distributor in Vietnam. Both parties will collaborate on market development and manage after-sales services through the new center in Can Tho.

Hoymiles has also authorized Vietnam Solar to operate the new warranty facility. Integrating distribution with technical support allows Vietnam Solar to manage product reception from supply to warranty through a single point of contact. Installation companies in the Mekong Delta region now have a local hub for equipment checks, troubleshooting, and accessing manufacturer-supplied components.

Beyond Hoymiles, Vietnam Solar distributes equipment from various solar power brands within the domestic market. The company maintains an office in Ho Chi Minh City (TP HCM) and branches in Can Tho and Khanh Hoa. This new warranty center strengthens the technical support network for the company's customers and partners across the Southern region.
