At these "Kindness Stop" locations, merchant partners proactively place water coolers in front of their stores and ensure a continuous supply of cool water and cold towels throughout the campaign. This allows drivers to easily stop for hydration or a brief rest, enabling them to continue their journeys more comfortably and safely.

Additionally, merchant partners offer other amenities to alleviate some of the difficulties drivers face while operating in hot weather. According to the platform, this campaign is not only Grab's effort to care for its driver partners but also aims to spread kindness and foster community spirit throughout the entire Grab ecosystem.

Le Thi Quyen, a representative of the Com Tho Anh Nguyen system in TP HCM, shared: "I find the program very practical and meaningful, especially during the current hot weather."
She noted that despite being launched only a few days ago, the restaurant has already welcomed many drivers who stopped for cool water and cold towels, all of whom were very happy and enthusiastic. This system is currently setting up more support points at other branches to assist even more drivers.

The campaign will also recognize and honor merchant partners who make positive contributions during its implementation. Concurrently, Grab is launching online interactive activities to encourage users and partners to share meaningful stories during the program. Outstanding stories will be featured on Grab's official communication channels and have the opportunity to receive gifts from the platform.
