The event, themed "Echoes of the Fairyland," will take place at Trong Dong Square, Libera Nha Trang, starting at 5 PM on 19/8. The stage design draws inspiration from traditional Vietnamese culture, local artistry, and the natural beauty of Nha Trang. The event is divided into three chapters, taking attendees on a journey from the past to the present and future, retelling the story of the "fairyland bay" of North Nha Trang.
During the program, developer KDI Holdings will unveil La Tien Villa, a luxury real estate complex situated beside a marina. This gated community boasts a prime location nestled between the mountains and the bay, with Co Tien Mountain at its back and Nha Trang Bay, one of the world's most beautiful bays, in front.

Co-developed by KDI Holdings and Masterise Homes, the project offers a living space immersed in nature, combined with traditional artistic values in the coastal city of Nha Trang. The 668 villas are divided into six types with eight different layout options, catering to a wide range of needs. La Tien Villa is expected to become a new symbol of Nha Trang, providing the balance sought by discerning residents and representing an asset with enduring value.
Residents of La Tien Villa will live amidst over two million trees and nearly 13,000 m2 of water features, surrounded by a rich ecosystem of forests, beaches, and the bay. Just steps from their homes, residents will find the Do Theater featuring the Roi Mo show, a musical fountain, and a music square, enriching their cultural experiences. The project also features a dedicated beach club, a convention center, a private beach, a swimming pool, international restaurants, and a spa. Residents can also explore nature through activities such as trekking and camping on the mountaintop or jogging on the adjacent Luong Son Pass.
