The Nespresso boutique at Saigon Centre features an open design, a diverse capsule display area, and a product consultation counter. Visitors can participate in various experiential activities, observe, and sample different coffee blends.

A highlight of the new space is the interactive brewing bar where guests can join workshops and chat with experts to discover their perfect coffee. During the opening day, attendees experienced a series of special recipes created by "Jack in Bartender".
The drinks all used Nespresso capsules, combined with ingredients familiar to Vietnamese tastes to create unique flavors: iced espresso with milk, coffee on a board (ca phe tren ban), and three-layer coffee (ca phe ba mau).

At the event, Jack in Bartender said one of the most popular activities was the mini brewing workshop where customers were guided to choose capsules based on their desired intensity. This activity helps customers better understand each type of coffee capsule.
At the Nespresso Saigon Centre boutique, visitors can enjoy complimentary coffee, explore new coffee machines, and personalize their own drinks using Nespresso capsules. The company hopes this location will become a cultural hub for coffee lovers in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.
