The "Vietfood & Beverage – ProPack Vietnam 2025" international exhibition opened on 7/8 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, attracting over 500 domestic and international businesses. On the first day, Vedan Vietnam's booth drew thousands of visitors with its modern display, creative content, and interactive activities.
The Vedan booth featured distinct areas: product displays, cooking demonstrations, product sampling, and consultations. Highlights included cooking demonstrations of lemongrass and chili chicken feet, Thai seafood hotpot, sweet and sour stir-fried squid, mushroom hotpot, and shrimp-fried bok choy. All dishes were prepared using Vedan seasonings, incorporating two new products for visitors to experience.
Vedan introduced its new convenient and versatile scallop seafood sauce, a complete seasoning for Thai hotpots, stir-fries, and dipping sauces. They also showcased a vegetarian mushroom sauce catering to the growing interest in vegetarian cuisine, suitable for stews, hotpots, and stir-fries. Two promotional models dressed as a scallop and a mushroom, representing the new sauces, added a lively visual element, reflecting Vedan's innovative branding while honoring traditional culinary culture.

A company representative stated that all products, from seasoning powder and MSG to dipping sauces and other seasonings, are produced through a closed process, ensuring food safety and strict quality control, meeting HACCP, ISO 9001, and FSSC 22000 certifications. Vedan has also won numerous awards, including seven years in the "Top 10 reputable food and beverage companies," nine years in the "Top 10 famous Vietnamese brands," and 19 years as a "High-Quality Vietnamese Product."
"Participating in this exhibition not only connects Vedan with customers and industry partners but also allows us to gather feedback, enabling us to improve products, meet market demands, and enhance service quality," the representative said.
Besides seasonings, Vedan also showcased imported and distributed snacks like gummies, mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, and ready-to-eat products. They also presented high-quality ingredients like tapioca starch, maltose syrup, and modified starch used in food production, seeking potential partners.
"Vietfood & Beverage – ProPack Vietnam 2025," running until 9/8, continues to be a vibrant trade event, connecting domestic and international food and beverage businesses. Vedan Vietnam plans more engaging activities for the remaining days.
