Tri Viet Phat Foods launches Ma Bay seasoning brand

The Ma Bay brand offers convenient, authentic Vietnamese cooking solutions with complete seasoning sets, designed to enhance family meals.

Tri Viet Phat Foods recently launched its Ma Bay seasoning brand at the end of June. This marks a new step for the company as it expands its convenient food product line, supporting Vietnamese consumers in preserving the value of family meals. Inspired by the resourceful and passionate Southern Vietnamese woman, the products are designed as a close "companion" in the modern kitchen, enabling quick and easy cooking while retaining the authentic flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.

A highlight of this launch is the X2 Complete product line, which includes everything from cooking and dipping sauces to accompanying ingredients. These sets not only save preparation and seasoning time but also ensure a delicious, authentic taste, as if cooked by an experienced chef. Some typical dishes in this line include steamed fish with fermented soybean paste, crispy-skin chicken rice with sauce, and Sichuan grilled or fried pork – dishes that traditionally require multiple steps but can now be easily prepared with a single seasoning set.

In addition to the X2 Complete line, Ma Bay also introduces the Familiar Dishes, Unique Flavors line, featuring popular Vietnamese comfort foods like braised shrimp with coconut water, Vu Dai village-style braised fish, and herbal hot pot. This product line retains traditional flavors while adjusting them to suit a wider range of Vietnamese palates. Consumers can easily prepare these rich, home-style dishes without much time or complicated ingredients.

According to a Tri Viet Phat Foods representative, beyond just the product, Ma Bay is also an inspirational figure, representing the woman who loves her family and strives to make every meal a warm and inviting experience. Ma Bay aims to be a helpful companion in the kitchen, ensuring every meal is not only delicious but also a place for connection, sharing, and above all, empowering everyone to become a true home "chef".

"Ma Bay is not just seasoning; it's memories, emotions, and a place to connect the family after a long, busy day. We want to help every home cook confidently create delicious meals every day without pressure," Nguyen Thi Van Anh, CEO of Tri Viet Phat Foods, shared about the brand's launch.

Established in 2012, Tri Viet Phat Foods is one of the few companies that fully controls its production process, operating a modern factory with international quality certifications such as ISO, FSSC, and HALAL.

With the launch of the Ma Bay brand, the company reaffirms its strategy of developing highly practical, consumer-friendly products, while demonstrating its commitment to supporting Vietnamese people in their increasingly dynamic and demanding lives.
