The incident occurred at about 9h when a car with a Dong Nai license plate was traveling on provincial road 753 from Tri An commune towards Dong Xoai (formerly Binh Phuoc). As it approached Rang Rang bridge in Tan Loi commune, the vehicle suddenly overturned while negotiating a curve.

The accident resulted in two occupants dying at the scene, while two others were injured and taken to the emergency room. The vehicle sustained damage.

Traffic police forces were present at the scene to direct traffic, conduct an examination, and investigate the cause of the incident.

Provincial road 753 is a key route connecting central Dong Xoai with Dong Nai via Ma Da bridge. Since late 2025, following the opening of a temporary road by authorities through a stream area, traffic volume between Dong Xoai and Bien Hoa has seen an increase, as it now offers a direct route, bypassing the previous detour through Binh Duong.
