To assist affected travelers, ticket offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are open for rebooking and other procedures. International airlines have deployed staff at airport counters to guide passengers on itinerary changes, compensation, and hotel arrangements. Transit passengers in Hanoi whose flights were canceled have been accommodated in hotels by the airlines. Updates for the flight scheduled for the evening of 1/3 will be continuously provided to passengers.

The conflict in the Middle East continues to escalate due to military activities involving the US-Israel and Iran. From 28/2, countries including Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Israel announced airspace closures or restrictions to ensure national security.
