Around 9:50 AM, smoke and flames erupted from the warehouse of Dai Phat Production, Trading, and Export One Member Limited Company in Hoa Trung Industrial Park, Luong The Tran commune. The company specializes in seafood processing and fish sauce production.

The warehouse contained tanks and various production equipment. The fire intensely erupted in the roof area, which was fitted with solar panels, accompanied by multiple explosions.

Firefighting forces dispatched three specialized vehicles and one canoe to the scene, coordinating with local authorities to extinguish the blaze. The warehouse is located next to the Luong The Tran canal, distanced from other companies within the industrial park.

By approximately 10:40 AM, the fire was brought under control, preventing its spread to nearby companies. The blaze damaged nearly the entire warehouse roof and various items inside. No injuries have been reported.

Police are assessing the damage and investigating the cause of the fire.
