Cristiano Ronaldo's two new villas are located within the Nujuma resort, situated on a private island off Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast. One villa features three bedrooms, while the other has two. The location is only accessible by boat or seaplane.
"The Red Sea is truly a surreal place", Ronaldo stated after the purchase. "From the first time we visited, Georgina and I felt a deep connection to the island and its natural beauty. We experienced a profound sense of peace. Now, with a home here, we can enjoy quality family time in absolute privacy and tranquility whenever we wish."

Nujuma comprises 19 independent villas. The resort is designed to offer privacy, exclusivity, and a strong connection with nature. Rental prices for a villa here start from $2,090 USD per night, with some premium units exceeding $20,000 USD per night.
By the end of 2025, Ronaldo is projected to be the world's richest footballer, with an estimated net worth of $1.4 billion USD. This wealth stems from his lucrative contract with Al Nassr, various endorsement deals, and his own business ventures. According to Saudi media, the Portuguese superstar receives an after-tax salary of $200 million to $250 million USD annually.
Ronaldo joined Al Nassr in January 2023. In June, both parties signed a two-year contract extension.
Ronaldo has won numerous major titles throughout his career, including Euro 2016, two Nations League titles, five Champions League trophies, five Ballon d'Or awards, and four European Golden Shoes. The 40-year-old forward also holds the record for 954 goals, 58 more than second-ranked Lionel Messi.
