VnExpress Marathon Hanoi Midnight 2026, one of the most anticipated races in the northern region during the latter half of the year, opens registration on 4/9. The event, scheduled for 29/11, is popular for its cool weather, ideal for runners aiming to improve their performance.
Bib prices for VnExpress Marathon Hanoi Midnight 2026 are structured across four phases:

Similar to other marathons in the system, bibs are sold in four phases, each with different prices. The price difference between the initial and final phases is significant across all distances. For the 42km distance, the Super Early Bird ticket is 570,000 VND cheaper than the Late phase. The 21km distance, which typically sees the highest number of registrations, has a price difference of 490,000 VND. The 5km and 10km distances have differences of 370,000 VND and 470,000 VND respectively.
Compared to the 2025 season, initial phase prices this year are lower for three of the four distances. The 10km ticket is reduced by 140,000 VND, the 21km by 120,000 VND, and the 42km by 100,000 VND. The 5km distance maintains its price of 420,000 VND.
Runners registering in groups receive additional discounts based on their size: groups of 20-50 people get a 5% discount, 51-100 people receive 10%, and 101-500 people get 15%. Larger groups receive 20%, with the highest discount of 25% for groups exceeding 1,000 people.

Beyond the registration closing date of 19/11, the organizers have set two other important deadlines for runners. The portal for editing personal information closes on 6/11, and group registration closes on 11/11.
The 2025 season attracted approximately 10,000 athletes, including over 1,000 international runners from 43 countries and territories. The appeal continues this year, with 1,000 registrations confirmed just one day after opening. Puma remains a strategic partner for the second consecutive year, providing jerseys for all four distances and finisher shirts for athletes completing the 21km and 42km races.
The VM Hanoi Midnight, first held in november 2020, was the first night run in Vietnam. Its unique model features race starts at midnight, unlike other events that begin at dawn. Participating in this race extends the saturday activities, offering an opportunity to explore the city at night, with eateries and community areas remaining active alongside the athletes.
