Le Quang Thai, born in 1988, currently serves as a coach for the national disabled weightlifting team. He played a key role in coaching and guiding athlete Le Van Cong to secure 4th place at the World Disabled Weightlifting Championship in Egypt in 2025. Additionally, his efforts helped other athletes achieve 13 gold medals, 4 silver medals, and 5 bronze medals at this year's National Championship.
