Bib distribution for the VnExpress Marathon Grand Tour took place at the Nghe An Labor Culture House on 25/9 and 26/9. This marks the first time the race has been held in President Ho Chi Minh's hometown, featuring four distances: 5 km, 10 km, 21 km, and 42 km.

Le Van Linh, representing around 30 colleagues from Trung Loc commune, 20 km away, arrived to collect bibs for his entire group. According to Linh, everyone registered for the race to participate in a shared activity, fostering motivation to maintain training and complete their chosen distances.

Linh, participating in the 10 km distance, noted that preparing for the race together allowed him and his colleagues more time to bond outside of work.

Meanwhile, Dung Vinh, a member of the Nghi Loc Runners club, collected bibs for more than 20 runners. The group includes members from Ninh Binh and several neighboring provinces, all registered for the 21 km distance. "Many group members are from distant or different provinces, so I'm here to support everyone," Vinh shared.

Beyond individuals carrying dozens of race kits, several groups arrived together to experience the exhibition area (expo).

The VnExpress Marathon Grand Tour Nghe An 2026 expo spans approximately 2,000 square meters, featuring a large courtyard for runners to park their oto, making bib collection convenient even in rainy weather.

Nguyen Thi Bich Van (left), a runner in her 60s from Gia Lai, is a familiar face at VnExpress Marathon events. For this race, she registered for the 21 km distance, aiming to finish between 2 hours 20 minutes and 2 hours 25 minutes.

In addition to collecting race kits, runners explored various stalls, game zones, and purchased running products to prepare for the race. The VnExpress Marathon Grand Tour Nghe An will begin at 3 a.m. on 27/9, with the 42 km distance starting first at Ho Chi Minh Square.
