Designed with inspiration from familiar in-game icons and images, the PUBG Mobile booth was one of the most crowded and interactive spots at Vietnam GameVerse 2026. Over the two-day event at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (Ho Chi Minh City), the PUBG Mobile booth attracted tens of thousands of gamers who explored and participated in interactive activities.
As soon as the event opened, many attendees queued to check in and experience interactive activities such as the shooting range, WOW mode, or interact with famous streamers and cosplayers from the PUBG Mobile community.

The booth distributed over 10,000 gifts throughout the two days, showcasing a range of prominent cosplays like "Mummy", "Bloodfang Holy Armor", and "Goddess of Love Divine Armor", bringing the in-game atmosphere to life.

At the Vietnam Game Awards ceremony on the evening of 8/5, VNGGames' game was honored with the "Vietnam Esports Achievement" award (Golden Star category), recognizing PUBG Mobile's contributions to developing the professional esports ecosystem in Vietnam.

At Vietnam GameVerse 2026, PUBG Mobile was also chosen as the opening title for the SEA Esports Nations Cup (SNC) 2026, the first-ever national team-level esports tournament for Southeast Asia. It was also the competition with the highest number of participating nations.

Vietnamese athletes Phan Van Dong (Levis) and Nguyen Anh Quan (Win) won the gold medal in the PUBG Mobile team event, contributing to the overall success that saw the Vietnam esports team finish as overall runner-up at the SEA Esports Nations Cup 2026.

According to a VNGGames representative, investing in esports not only aims for competitive achievements but also expands the player community and creates more professional platforms for young people interested in esports. Since 2025, VNGGames has collaborated with the Vietnam Recreational and Electronic Sports Association (VIRESA) to implement the PUBG Mobile National Championship system, expanding competitive opportunities for semi-professional and professional communities nationwide. Additionally, this title has contributed 5 medals to the Vietnam Sports delegation at SEA Games 31 and SEA Games 32.
