During an unscheduled press conference on 12/5, President Florentino Perez announced the dossier, comprising approximately 500 pages and videos, covers controversial situations from the past two seasons. Specifically, in this La Liga season, adverse decisions from referees and VAR have reportedly cost Real a total of 16 points. The club currently sits second with 77 points, 14 points behind Barca, with three rounds remaining and no chance of winning the championship.

Real claims to have been the most negatively affected by VAR this season. Out of 14 VAR interventions, 11 resulted in adverse decisions, while only three situations favored Real. President Perez emphasized that many other controversial plays not reviewed by VAR also caused the team harm.
One of the primary examples cited is the 0-0 draw against Vallecano in Matchday 12. Real believes they should have been awarded three penalties, including incidents where Jude Bellingham was pulled down in the 22nd minute, Arda Guler was pushed in the 47th minute, and Kylian Mbappe was fouled during injury time. The Bernabeu club asserts they lost two points in this match.
In Matchday 14, during a 1-1 draw at Girona, Real argues that Girona's opening goal stemmed from a foul on Mbappe. They also contend they were denied a penalty in the 80th minute after Rodrygo was fouled inside the box.
During the 0-2 loss to Celta Vigo in Matchday 15, Real claims Borja Iglesias should have been sent off for elbowing Bellingham. The Madrid-based club also protested a decision not to award a penalty in the 79th minute and expressed frustration over red cards issued to Fran Garcia, Carreras, and Endrick.
The 1-2 loss to Osasuna in Matchday 25 is seen as a pivotal moment that caused Real to lose their top spot. The Royal club disputes the penalty awarded to Osasuna after VAR prompted the referee to review a collision involving Budimir, Courtois, and Asencio. Real believes this was a subjective judgment call, lacking sufficient clarity for VAR intervention.
The culmination of these incidents occurred in the draw against Girona in Matchday 31, when Mbappe received an elbow from Vitor Reis in the 88th minute, resulting in facial bleeding. However, neither the main referee nor the VAR officials awarded Real a penalty.

Also during yesterday's press conference, President Perez confirmed that Real will lodge a complaint with UEFA regarding the "Negreira scandal." This scandal involves accusations that Barca consistently bribed former Vice President of the Refereeing Committee (CTA), Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira, between 2001 and 2018.
The Real president labeled this "the biggest scandal in football history," further stating that the current refereeing system remains influenced by the period when the scandal occurred. "They spent money for two decades and into the third decade, those referees are still working. We will send a significant dossier to UEFA for them to address this issue thoroughly for the benefit of world football," he said.
Perez also alleged that "corruption in the Negreira case is systemic," criticizing some Spanish football officials who called for the past to be closed. He believes this is an unprecedented event in world football history and cannot be forgotten.
Real has reportedly collected documents over the past two years and affirms its commitment to pursuing the case to its conclusion. Perez emphasized this action is for the benefit of football, not a specific attack on Barca.
In response to Real's statements, Barca's legal department announced it is carefully evaluating the remarks, which they consider accusatory toward the club, and is considering legal measures against Perez.
