Ronaldo played the full 90 minutes in Al Nassr's victory on 20/9. He scored two goals from six shots, had 28 touches, and completed 79% of his passes with one key pass. However, he also lost possession seven times, failed to complete a dribble, and was caught offside three times.

Alongside Ronaldo, fellow Portuguese player Joao Felix also shone with two goals and an assist. It was Felix who provided the pass for Ronaldo to make it 3-0 for Al Nassr in the first half.
Earlier, Felix had received an assist from Kingsley Coman to open the scoring for the home side in the 6th minute. In the 30th minute, Coman himself made an impressive run and finished with class, doubling the lead. The first-half score could have been 4-0 if VAR had not disallowed a Felix goal after an incident involving Sadio Mane and an Al Riyadh player.
Felix didn't have to wait long for his second goal. Less than five minutes into the second half, the former Chelsea player found the net with a one-touch volley. Al Riyadh pulled a goal back a few minutes later, but Al Nassr's four-goal victory was secured when Ronaldo finished off a move started by Coman.
This is Ronaldo's third goal in this season's Saudi Pro League. In 2025, the 40-year-old has scored 29 goals, bringing his career total to 945.
Ronaldo's joy was amplified by the presence of Georgina and two of his children in the stands, cheering him on. Ronaldo got engaged to Georgina last August. They are raising five children, including two daughters together.
In the Saudi Pro League, Ronaldo and his teammates have won all three of their opening matches, giving them nine points, the same as defending champions Al Ittihad. Thanks to a superior goal difference, Al Nassr currently tops the table.
