Attendees can register to purchase tickets on the program's official website. Tickets will be issued as electronic tickets (e-tickets) using QR codes, including: one-day tickets (49.000 dong) and two-day combo tickets (79.000 dong).
After three seasons of free entry, this marks the first year the event will charge an attendance fee. According to the organizers, this change aims to filter attendee numbers and allow for deeper investment in experience spaces and community activities for gamers.
"Selling tickets helps enhance quality as the event expands its scale, adds professional esports tournaments, and upgrades spaces for businesses", a representative of the organizing committee shared.

Taking place over two days, 8-9/5, Vietnam GameVerse 2026 features the theme "Do Local - Go Global." The event aims to improve human resource quality, transfer technology, and promote the "Make in Vietnam" brand to the international market.
A highlight this year is the first time professional esports tournaments will be held live at the festival, including: the Southeast Asian Esports Cup, FC Mobile Invitation Cup 2026, and the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Spring 2026 National Finals. A dedicated fan meeting area is also designed for fans to interact with players.
In the entertainment sector, the Wonderland space is expanded with cosplay activities and vibrant music. In the professional sector, the area for businesses (B2B) and independent game developers is upgraded in scale, featuring a dedicated stage for the GameHub funding final round.
The event's momentum is building from satellite activities. Notably, the preliminary round of the Vietnam Game Awards 2026 recently surpassed 100.000 votes just one week after its portal opened.
The program is co-organized by the Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information, VnExpress newspaper, and the Vietnam Game Alliance.
