Established with the goal of making sports more accessible through technology, vRace is currently one of the largest online sports platforms in Vietnam. To date, it has attracted over 1.6 million users, partnered with 131 organizations, and hosted 218 online tournaments and sports challenges nationwide.
Tournaments on vRace encompass a wide range of activities, from running, walking, and cycling to internal wellness programs for businesses, schools, social organizations, and state agencies. The platform also enables users to connect with popular sports devices and applications to track achievements, participate in leaderboards, and interact with the community.
In recent years, beyond casual sports events, many organizations have chosen vRace to implement programs focused on public health, education, and social responsibility.
One recent notable campaign was the NAB Vietnam Virtual Race. This event attracted over 10,000 participants, who collectively logged more than 250,000 km. It also contributed one billion VND to a CSR fund supporting technology innovation initiatives by information technology students.
Many businesses, organizations, and regulatory bodies utilized vRace to deploy their wellness programs last year. These include Herbalife, Vinhomes, Viettel Security, PVI, Netco Post, and the Department of Students and Pupils under the Ministry of Education and Training.
According to an FPT Online representative, receiving the award in the technology for community category reflects the platform's development strategy over the years. The platform leverages technology to create activities with positive social impact, encouraging users to build exercise habits and connect with community-focused programs.
The Sao Khue 2026 title is considered a new milestone for vRace amid the growing online sports trend. The company announced plans to continue investing in technology, expand its tournament ecosystem, and collaborate with partners on programs promoting public health and sustainable development.
