The national assembly approved a plan to revise the personal income tax schedule, reducing brackets from seven to five while maintaining the highest tax rate at 35%.

According to Minister Nguyen Van Thang, there is currently no sufficient basis to collect tax on real estate buying and selling profits until an online exchange is established.
