A D25 road and flood drainage canal project is proposed to mitigate flood risks in west Nha Trang and surrounding areas, following historic mid-november floods.
Renters and temporary residents impacted by floods will receive aid from Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, matching support for permanent residents.
