Vietnam added three new representatives to Forbes' annual billionaire list this year, bringing its total number of USD billionaires to an all-time high.

V-Green, the charging station operator founded by Pham Nhat Vuong, has appointed Pham Thanh Thuy as its new chairman and chief executive officer.
