On 12/9, Green SM announced the appointment of Pham Nhat Minh Hoang, the second son of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, as the company's General Director. Meanwhile, Nguyen Quoc Tuan, who previously held this position, will replace Pham Thu Huong as Chairman.
Born in 2000, Pham Nhat Minh Hoang has served in senior leadership roles at various companies, including VinFast, Green Future, VinSmart Future, and Green SM. Beyond his executive duties, he has also directly invested in several businesses within the Vingroup ecosystem, such as VinSpeed, VinEnergo, VinMetal, VinVentures, and robot companies.
Billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong founded Green SM in 2023 with an initial charter capital of 3,000 billion VND. The company's capital has since grown to over 43,000 billion VND, and it is currently planning an initial public offering (IPO).
Initially, Green SM's core business focused on taxi and ride-hailing services, exclusively utilizing VinFast products. The company has since expanded its service offerings to include food delivery, general delivery, urban transportation, and electric car and motorcycle rentals. It operates in 34 provinces and cities across the country and has launched services in six international markets.

On the same day, VinFast appointed Pham Nhat Quan Anh as its General Director, replacing Pham Nhat Vuong. Previously, he was named Chairman of the electric vehicle company in May.
Pham Nhat Quan Anh, the eldest son of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, was born in 1993 and is a graduate of Singapore Management University. He began his career at Vingroup in 2015, holding various management positions within the conglomerate.
In addition to his leadership role at VinFast, Quan Anh continues to serve as General Director of VinMetal, a high-quality steel production company that is part of the Vingroup ecosystem.
Billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong founded VinFast in 2017. Four years later, in 2021, the company fully transitioned to electric vehicle production, discontinuing its gasoline car segment. This year, VinFast aims to deliver 300,000 cars globally.
