Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology authorized to open medical program VnExpress Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) has been authorized to offer a medical program, joining approximately 35 other institutions nationwide. The university will begin admissions this year, utilizing six subject combinations.
