A 51-year-old electrician suffered cardiac arrest after an electrical shock but was revived by doctors at Quang Binh Friendship Hospital after 15 minutes of CPR.
A 66-year-old man was revived after going into cardiac arrest while repairing a water tank. He was unconscious and unresponsive when admitted to the hospital.
