A Vietnamese couple was arrested in Bangkok more than a year after fleeing Vietnam, accused of involvement in an acid attack that severely injured a person in Hanoi.
Huynh Van Duc allegedly attacked his younger brother, severely injuring him with a knife, after discovering his sibling had pawned their mother's motorbike. Duc then fled the scene.
