Nguyen Minh Hung and three accomplices have been criminally detained, accused of operating an online football betting ring with total transactions exceeding 3,5 billion VND.

Nguyen Ky Dzung, known as Dzung 'Ky', a notorious criminal with multiple prior convictions, has been accused of participating in a 1.200 billion VND football betting ring.

Many public servants and individuals with stable jobs were drawn into an online football betting ring operating via the "OK9" website, which has just been dismantled.
