Enjoy multinational cuisine at Buffet Poseidon

Buffet Poseidon upgrades its space and menu with an integrated, multi-style culinary model, meeting diners' needs for delicious food.

Recently, Buffet Poseidon launched a new strategy, adopting an integrated seafood buffet model to anticipate domestic culinary trends. This upgrade focuses on building live cooking stations where chefs prepare dishes to customer specifications. This marks a shift from their previous setup, where the only open kitchen was at the hot seafood counter.

Diners can now experience the freshness of ingredients and request personalized dishes. For example, at the steak counter, customers can choose their meat and desired doneness. Similarly, at the traditional cuisine counter, guests can ask chefs to prepare dishes like banh and pho to their individual preferences. The restaurant also redesigned its menu, featuring a selection of classic and trendy dishes such as: dimsum, har gow, Hong Kong-style steamed grouper, Thai salad, and rustic specialties from Vietnam's three regions.

This operational approach helps maintain the warmth and freshness of ingredients while reducing food waste – a crucial factor for modern consumers. The upgraded version also expands the dining space into an "all-in-one" multinational culinary model.

"We want diners not just to eat their fill, but also to experience multiple culinary cultures in one space," a representative from Buffet Poseidon stated.

From the fresh seafood counter featuring crabs, swimming crabs, river prawns, and steamed squid, to the international dishes counter and the three-region "cho que" (countryside market) section, diners of all ages can find their favorite dishes. This diverse offering allows family groups or corporate parties to comfortably enjoy a wide selection of dishes while socializing, conversing, and celebrating.

Beyond the experiential aspect, the "all-in-one" model is also cost-optimized, as customers only need to pay a fixed price to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes. This makes budget planning easier for groups organizing parties or corporate events.

Buffet Poseidon currently has 21 branches, located in major cities such as: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong (old), Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Nha Trang, and Da Nang. "After a comprehensive upgrade, the brand strives to position itself as an 'all-in-one' destination optimized for cost and quality for all food enthusiasts," the restaurant's representative added.
