Ngan Dinh Sai Gon launches fresh Teochew beef hotpot

The restaurant introduces fresh Teochew beef hotpot on its second floor from 12/8, adding a new culinary experience alongside the Cantonese dishes that are the brand's strength.

Ngan Dinh Sai Gon, located on Dong Khoi street in TP HCM, is a Cantonese restaurant known to many diners for its handmade dimsum and Peking duck. The restaurant's ambiance is often chosen for family gatherings, business entertainment, and parties.

According to a restaurant representative, customer demand is increasingly diverse, focusing not only on taste but also on the overall experience, ambiance, and dishes made with fresh ingredients. Based on this, the restaurant is adding a fresh Teochew beef hotpot concept, blending its Chinese culinary foundation with modern service to broaden customer choices.

The hotpot service area is located on the restaurant's second floor, designed in a modern style while retaining distinctive features of East Asian architecture.

The menu's highlight is the fresh Teochew beef hotpot, featuring beef hand-sliced on the same day it is served. According to the restaurant, this manual slicing method helps each cut of meat retain its tenderness and natural sweetness when dipped in the broth.

The hotpot broth is simmered for many hours from bone marrow, herbs, and vegetables to create a light flavor that enhances the ingredients' original taste, rather than relying on heavy seasoning.

In addition to the main dish, diners can choose from various vegetables, hotpot ingredients, and dipping sauces to suit their preferences. The restaurant also provides a complimentary condiment bar and desserts.

According to a representative from Ngan Dinh Sai Gon, adding the hotpot concept not only diversifies the menu but also expands the customer base, particularly targeting younger diners who seek private spaces for gatherings with friends, family, or business partners. Notably, the second floor also features VIP rooms for groups and business entertainment.
