The campaign, running from august 10 to 31, seeks five exemplary travel planners – the unsung heroes behind trips who often bear the burden of organization. The chosen individuals will receive a seven-day, all-expenses-paid trip to Switzerland for two people in december, with the entire itinerary sponsored by Klook.

Klook initiated this campaign following a survey of over 2,700 travelers across ten markets, which revealed that travel planners are the least thanked group during trips. In Vietnam, over 70% of planners reported spending over ten hours preparing for a group trip. Participants in the survey estimated the value of this workload to be equivalent to over 50 US dollars (approximately 1,25 million dong) per hour.
The survey also indicated that even when delegating planning tasks to others, 42,4% of those who previously held this role could not fully relax. They continued to monitor itineraries, check preparations, and remained ready to intervene if any issues arose.
"Every independent trip has a planner", Klook noted. This individual meticulously creates schedules, balances costs, books services, and responds to numerous messages like "what time do we leave?" or "where should we eat dinner?", while also handling unforeseen changes. When a trip runs smoothly, their efforts often go unnoticed; however, if problems occur, they are the first to address them.
Conversely, delegating tasks does not eliminate pressure; it simply shifts it to another form. Someone still opens dozens of browser tabs, updates group chats, and makes final decisions to ensure the trip proceeds as planned.

Through this program, Klook is inviting communities worldwide to nominate (or self-nominate) those who consistently orchestrate every journey, offering them the chance to enjoy a vacation without any personal preparation.
"We built Klook to help people have complete travel experiences by removing planning barriers", stated Marcus Yong, Klook's global vice president of marketing. "With this trip, we are taking another step by taking care of everything, from the destination to the activities, so the five winners can truly enjoy a vacation without worrying about planning."
Participants can nominate the person who usually plans trips in their family or friend group, or they can self-nominate by sharing a story about a time they "carried the team" to ensure a smooth trip. Submissions should detail how they organized the journey, memorable situations they handled, and why they deserve the vacation. There is no format restriction; written entries should be a maximum of 300 words. Contestants can submit their entries via the Klook website from august 10 to 31.
To increase their chances of selection, participants can include a video up to 60 seconds long, or a link to TikTok, YouTube, or Google Drive, documenting their planning process. This could include expense spreadsheets, screenshots of group chats, or moments where they resolved issues during a trip.
