As per the agreement, Sun Group transferred the entire resort to Hilton. This includes 178 villas, 38 washitsu rooms, and the public onsen area. Among these, 50 villas and all washitsu rooms, meeting the group's global service standards, are ready for operation. The remaining villas are expected to be operational by the end of this year. A highlight of Hilton Quang Hanh Onsen Resort is that each room type features a private onsen bath and a hot-cold sauna system, allowing guests to enjoy a complete and private mineral hot spring treatment. The Presidential Villa, in particular, is designed as a secluded retreat with 5 bedrooms and entertainment amenities such as a karaoke room, a personal teppanyaki area, a wine cabinet, and a massage room.
In addition to inheriting existing facilities, Hilton will introduce exclusive services bearing its brand signature. A Clubhouse will be developed into a premium complex featuring Eforea Spa, an indoor pool with mountain views, a 24/7 fitness center, and a yoga space. The restaurant and bar systems are also being upgraded, notably with the introduction of Genji, a high-end Japanese culinary brand within the Hilton portfolio.
Collaborating with Hilton, a leading global hotel group, is considered a strategic move by Sun Group. This partnership aims to elevate four-season tourism in Quang Ninh, attracting a large number of high-end international guests with significant spending power and longer stays. Over more than 100 years of development, Hilton has welcomed over ba billion guests and built a community of over 235 million loyal Hilton Honors members globally.

Before its transfer, Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh, developed by Sun Group, was among Vietnam's premier wellness tourism destinations. The resort's core value stems from its rare natural salty hot spring, recognized as one of the 5% highest quality salty mineral sources globally. With a leading high bromine content, the mineral water here offers numerous benefits, including detoxification, pain relief, muscle and joint function recovery, immune system boosting, and stress reduction.
With the synergy of natural hot spring resources and Hilton's global service standards, Hilton Quang Hanh Onsen Resort is poised to become an international wellness retreat, helping Quang Ninh tourism overcome seasonal barriers.

Nguyen Vu Quynh Anh, deputy general director of Sun Group, stated that with a shared vision for developing sustainable destinations where international standards align with local values, the group expects Hilton Quang Hanh Onsen Resort to become a global onsen retreat that any traveler exploring the heritage region would want to visit.
