The "BBQ and Brew Fest 2026" recently launched at The Venice district within the Ocean City complex. The event spans 5 consecutive weeks, primarily taking place on weekends and concluding on 26/7. In its first week, tens of thousands flocked here to participate, creating a bustling atmosphere along both sides of the canal.

The organizers arranged a system of grilling stalls, beer serving points, and long dining tables throughout the neighborhood. According to the organizers, the open-space arrangement allows diners to stroll comfortably while directly observing chefs prepare dishes.

A highlight of the festival is its diverse open-kitchen system. Chefs directly grill meat, knead, and bake bread right at their stalls. The menu features hundreds of dishes with multinational flavors. Visitors can easily find European, American, and Middle Eastern grilled items such as steak, BBQ ribs, hot pizza, Shawarma, and Kebab.

Additionally, stalls serve a variety of Asian street food, Thai-style seafood, Korean fried chicken, and specialties rich in mac khen and hat doi flavors from Vietnam's Northwest region. This culinary diversity allows families and friends to easily choose dishes according to their preferences and enjoy them together at communal tables.

Beyond the food, over 120 varieties of craft, domestic, and international beers are gathered in the Beer Village and Drinking Village areas. Familiar brands like Quan Nhau Tu Do and Vuvuzela are also present, bringing a youthful style along with vibrant electronic music.

Mr. Le Van Hung, a resident of Ocean City, noted that the event's scale and atmosphere exceeded initial expectations. He mentioned his family stayed longer than planned to experience various dining and entertainment spaces.

Meanwhile, Ms. Kim Anh, from Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi, was impressed by how the organizers designed a seamless series of activities. Her family could combine dining, strolling, and watching art performances without wasting time on transportation.

Beyond the culinary offerings, Ocean BBQ & Brew Fest is closely integrated with a diverse range of entertainment activities, running continuously from afternoon to evening. Visitors have the opportunity to immerse themselves in street performances, cooking art shows, DJ shows, or watch the Grand Voyage reality show on the river.

To elevate the event's atmosphere, the organizers designed an artistic fireworks display every Saturday evening. This activity attracted thousands of people who stopped to admire it along the banks of The Venice canal, creating a memorable moment to conclude a full day of experience.

The synchronized combination of street food, craft beer, art performances, and entertainment amenities helps Ocean City create a unique appeal.

The series of weekend events is expected to continue welcoming a large number of visitors from central Hanoi, international tourists, and residents from neighboring provinces to visit and enjoy this summer.
