Since the first day of Tet, the roads leading to Ba Den mountain have seen a high increase in pilgrims. At the foot of the mountain, from the very first days of the year, many people from various provinces and cities have set up camps, spread mats, and slept overnight, ready to participate in the Ba Den spring festival, which lasts throughout the first lunar month. According to Sun World Ba Den Mountain, from the first day of Tet until now, Ba Den mountain welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors daily who use the cable car to ascend the mountain.

The Ba Pagoda system, with its hundreds of years of history, is a familiar spiritual destination for people in the Southern region during the beginning of the year. Folk stories associated with Linh Son Thanh Mau and Ba Den mountain contribute to attracting many people from various provinces and cities to make pilgrimages, praying for a new year of good health and prosperity.

On the mountain peak, majestic statues are spiritual landmarks that attract visitors for worship. Here, tourists reverently offer flowers and pray for a year of peace and success before the great Phat Ba Tay Bo Da Son statue, the Bodhisattva Maitreya statue, and the Phat Cau Na Ham Mau Ni statue, representing wealth and prosperity in the new year.

At an altitude of nearly 1,000 m, Ba Den mountain peak these days is vibrant with color as nearly 20,000 tulip plants from the Netherlands bloom simultaneously. Strips of red, yellow, white, orange, and purple flowers stretch along the mountainside, interspersed with yellow apricot blossoms, roses, peonies, and many familiar spring flowers, transforming Ba Den mountain into a "miniature Da Lat" in the Southern sky. Streams of tourists stroll through the high-altitude gardens, stopping to capture early-year moments, enjoying the clear and expansive atmosphere of the mountain peak.

Many miniature landscapes with traditional Tet flavors are arranged throughout the mountain peak area. From the lantern zone and calligraphy corners for new year wishes to vibrant lion and dragon dance models, each stop attracts many visitors to take photos and preserve memories.

Amidst the spring festival atmosphere, indigenous art performances take place throughout Tet, including Chhay dam drum dances, Khmer dances, ngu am music (five-tone music), and golden tray dances.

In addition to the tulip garden and vibrant scenery, a new feature at the Sun World Ba Den Mountain tourist area this year is the food stall area, offering pho, Trang Bang banh canh, pastry counters, and the Cham May cafe on the mountain peak. In the evening, the water music show in front of the Bodhisattva Maitreya statue is refreshed in content and form, combining light and music in a meditative space.

On the evening of 20/2, the opening ceremony of the spring festival, themed "Huong Sac Tay Ninh 2026" (Tay Ninh's Flavors and Colors 2026), is scheduled to take place at the Ba Den Mountain cable car station square. The program features a large-scale stage with the participation of artists such as Tung Duong, Duong Hoang Yen, and Nguyen Tran Trung Quan, along with a high-altitude artistic fireworks display for residents and tourists during the beginning of the year.

The spring festival program lasts throughout the first lunar month. The flower exhibition area on Ba Den mountain peak, along with folk art performances, are regularly organized, contributing to creating an attractive spring destination for many residents and tourists in the Southern region during the early days of the Year of Binh Ngo.
