Pir Hossein Kolivand, President of Iran's Red Crescent Society (IRCS), stated that US and Israeli attacks have so far damaged 3,090 homes and 528 commercial and service centers nationwide.
Additionally, 14 medical and pharmaceutical facilities and nine IRCS sites sustained damage, with five IRCS staff injured. The IRCS reported that "most targeted sites are located within densely populated areas," indicating that the capital, Tehran, has suffered the most extensive damage.

The Tehran Bazaar, Mehrabad Airport, and Azadi Stadium are among the damaged locations, along with several hospitals, according to the IRCS.
Tehran, a city of 10 million residents, has a high population density, with government and military offices often situated near commercial and residential areas. This proximity makes civilians vulnerable as the US and Israel expand their target list to include government agencies, broadcasters, and Iranian security and police headquarters.
The US and Israel launched an air campaign against Iran on 28/2, prompting Tehran to retaliate with missile and drone attacks targeting Israeli territory and US bases in the region.
US Central Command (CENTCOM) reported on 5/3 that over 2,000 targets have been struck in Iran. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated that its aircraft have launched more than 4,000 bombs and guided missiles into Iran since 28/2.
President Donald Trump commented that the war is progressing "better than expected," with the US and Israel controlling Iranian airspace and conducting continuous attacks. The US leader also did not rule out deploying ground troops to Iran, though he suggested it might not be necessary at this time.
Meanwhile, Iran has responded forcefully, vowing continued retaliatory attacks and asserting no desire for negotiations with the US.
Neither the US nor Israel has commented on the IRCS statistics. The IRCS, Iran's national humanitarian organization established in 1922 with its headquarters in Tehran, is also a member of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
The IRCS plays a crucial role in Iran's emergency response system, with a nationwide network encompassing rescue centers, hospitals, medical clinics, and rapid response teams. The President of the IRCS is appointed by the President of Iran.
