The Communist Party of the Russian Federation sent a congratulatory telegram, calling the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam a significant event that marks a new phase in policy implementation and national development.
The Communist Party of the Russian Federation expressed pride and readiness to continue cooperating with the Communist Party of Vietnam. The party highlighted Vietnam's confident implementation of congress resolutions, which establishes a solid foundation for progress and development, while maintaining principles and fostering innovation in domestic and foreign policy.
The United Russia Party's congratulatory telegram noted the close bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Vietnam and Russia, including engagement within Russia-ASEAN and BRICS frameworks.
Cooperation between the United Russia Party and the Communist Party of Vietnam forms a vital part of the Vietnam-Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. The party expressed its desire to further promote and deepen dialogue and cooperation to serve the interests of both nations.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) noted that its long-standing cooperative relationship with the Communist Party of Vietnam has fostered mutual understanding and promoted cooperation between Vietnam and India.
The BJP expressed confidence that the 14th Congress will be successful, providing clear directions for the Communist Party of Vietnam's future development and contributing to national aspirations for progress and improved livelihoods.

The Communist Party USA (CPUSA) affirmed that the enduring dedication of the Communist Party and the people of Vietnam continues to inspire the global communist movement and working people.
"We look forward to further strengthening relations with the Communist Party of Vietnam after the successful conclusion of the 14th Congress", the CPUSA's telegram stated. "We will continue to stand together in the common struggle for peace, socialism, and international solidarity."
The Communist Parties of Japan, France, Australia, and Sri Lanka also sent congratulatory telegrams to the Congress. They praised Vietnam's achievements over 40 years of Doi Moi and expressed a desire to strengthen relations.
The Democratic Party of Korea expressed its expectation that the two countries will continue to expand exchanges and cooperation, building on deep trust to advance into a new era. Similarly, the Federal Party of the Philippines commended the Communist Party of Vietnam's resolve in promoting progress and maintaining stability, which helps secure people's livelihoods.
The Mongolian People's Party, the Mozambique Liberation Front Party, the African National Congress (ANC), the National Liberation Front of Algeria, and the New Azerbaijan Party also sent congratulatory telegrams. They emphasized the Congress's importance and expressed confidence that its adopted decisions will establish a foundation for a new development phase, thereby enhancing Vietnam's international prestige.
The ASEAN Secretary-General also sent a congratulatory letter, commending Vietnam's important role, commitment, support, and continuous contributions to ASEAN's community-building process and regional integration efforts.
The ASEAN Secretary-General expressed confidence that the 14th Congress will provide valuable directions and make substantial contributions. These contributions will align with and promote ASEAN's strategic directions, national development priorities for the 2026-2030 period, and Vietnam's long-term goals.
The Chairman of the Standing Committee of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) and the Secretary-General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) sent congratulatory letters. They acknowledged Vietnam's positive and substantive contributions to promoting peace, dialogue, mutual understanding, cooperation, and sustainable development.
