Prime Minister Hun Manet is on an official visit to Vietnam and attending the ASEAN Future Forum (AFF) on 8-9 June, at the invitation of Prime Minister Le Minh Hung.
This marks Hun Manet's second official visit to Vietnam as Prime Minister of Cambodia. According to TTXVN, this visit provides new impetus to boost bilateral relations, contributing to a peaceful, stable environment in the region and making practical contributions to building the ASEAN Community.

The Cambodian Prime Minister's visit takes place as both sides are actively implementing strategic directions agreed upon by their high-level leaders.
According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Pham Thu Hang, bilateral relations between Vietnam and Cambodia have diversified. Recent high-level visits have opened a new qualitative development phase, guiding more reliable cooperative relations.
The brightest spot in bilateral relations is the strong resurgence of economic, trade, and investment cooperation.
Ahead of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations, Vietnamese Ambassador to Cambodia Nguyen Minh Vu hopes both countries will strengthen effective economic connectivity, develop transport and logistics infrastructure, enhance border economy, and promote new areas like digital transformation and green economy.
