At Cambodia's request, prime minister Pham Minh Chinh held a phone conversation with Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet this afternoon. The two leaders agreed to continue strengthening political trust and promoting existing cooperation mechanisms based on the principles of good neighborliness, traditional friendship, comprehensive and long-term sustainable cooperation. They also agreed to enhance the effectiveness of economic cooperation with the spirit of "harmonized benefits, shared risks", aiming to achieve the bilateral trade target of 20 billion USD soon.
