Vietnamese-American businesswoman Thuy Ai Kathy Lam listed the 13-bedroom mansion, modeled after the iconic White House, in suburban Oak Grove, Georgia, in late November.
The villa features a Neoclassical facade, mirroring the White House's design, with rooms drawing inspiration from the oval office and the Lincoln bedroom.

Listed at 35 million USD, the property is the most expensive home ever offered in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The region's previous record for a residential transaction was an 18.1 million USD deal in 2021.
Built in 2001, the "White House villa" is located about 16 kilometers from downtown Atlanta. The estate spans over one hectare and features an outdoor swimming pool. Beyond the approximately 1,500-square-meter main house with six bedrooms, the property includes a seven-bedroom guesthouse Lam calls the "west wing".

Lam does not open the villa for public tours, but many visitors and passersby photograph it from the fence. She has hosted large Christmas parties for the community at the villa and organized a fundraising event for Georgia Governor Brian Kemp.
Lam settled in Atlanta in 1995, subsequently building a beauty empire with numerous nail salons and beauty schools nationwide. She purchased the "White House villa" in 2013 with her ex-husband. Speaking to the media, she stated her desire to sell the property to move to a smaller residence in the area, as her children are attending university.
