Developed from the CE 04 and an electric scooter, the Vision CE Concept boasts a traditional front end connected to two square bars surrounding the rider. It has slim LED headlights, auxiliary lights mounted on the roll cage, and a small windscreen. The tubular design is echoed at the rear. The concept offers personalization options such as detachable Bluetooth speakers, a transparent hood, and a luggage rack.
The Vision CE Concept features a unique single seat with a backrest, headrest, and safety harness. A metal mesh section above the headrest provides extra protection. The vehicle has a large digital display and traditional handlebars. A spacious footrest area and a covered charging port are located at the front.
While BMW hasn't revealed extensive details, they confirm the Vision CE is electric and self-balancing, enabling it to remain upright when parked. The design aims to provide riders with a greater sense of freedom and a comfortable riding experience.
