Brabus, a German tuning company, has unveiled the Urban E Fragment Edition electric motorcycle for the European market. This exclusive model is a special collaboration with Japanese designer Hiroshi Fujiwara's Fragment Design and motorcycle manufacturer DAB Motors. Production is strictly limited to just 10 units worldwide, each carrying a price tag of 50,000 USD.
The Urban E Fragment Edition made its debut at ComplexCon 2026, held in Los Angeles, US, on 3-4/10. This event, a prominent gathering for street fashion enthusiasts, underscores Brabus's intention to position the motorcycle as a valuable collector's item, seamlessly blending advanced technology with a luxury lifestyle. Hiroshi Fujiwara, often hailed as the "father of Japanese street fashion", has imbued the Urban E Fragment Edition with a distinctive monochromatic aesthetic, a departure from Brabus's customary use of chrome plating and carbon fiber details.

The Urban E Fragment Edition is hand-assembled.
Technically, the Urban E Fragment Edition is built upon the robust platform of the standard Urban E, supplied by DAB Motors. Each motorcycle is meticulously hand-assembled in France, ensuring craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Despite its premium price, the Urban E Fragment Edition utilizes an electric powertrain similar to the existing Urban E model. It is equipped with a 27 kW electric motor, generating 37 horsepower and 474 Nm of torque. Power is efficiently transmitted to the rear wheel via a carbon belt, chosen over a traditional chain for its cleaner and quieter operation. The motorcycle achieves a top speed of 120 km/h.
Powering the Urban E Fragment Edition is a 72 V lithium-ion battery pack, which provides an operating range of 150 km. Riders can select from three distinct riding modes: Eco, Street, and Sport. In Eco mode, the top speed is capped at 60 km/h, and torque output is reduced to maximize efficiency for urban commuting.
The charging system for the Urban E Fragment Edition utilizes a standard household electrical outlet. A charge from 20% to 100% takes approximately three hours, while a full charge from a completely depleted battery requires 3.5 to four hours.

The motorcycle is equipped with Brembo brake calipers.
For its braking system, the motorcycle features 4-piston Brembo calipers on the front wheel, complemented by a 320 mm brake disc and a two-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS). Suspension components include 46 mm inverted front forks and an adjustable rear monoshock, both offering 99 mm of travel for a balanced ride.
Customers interested in the Urban E Fragment Edition can place orders through Brabus and DAB Motors distribution channels across Europe. Its 50,000 USD price point firmly positions this model within the premium electric motorcycle segment. This makes the Urban E Fragment Edition a unique offering in terms of both technology and style, distinguishing it from more common electric vehicles, and presents Brabus collectors with a highly sought-after, distinctive limited-edition item.
