Bugatti's Sur Mesure personalization program recently unveiled its latest creation: the W16 Mistral "Caroline." This unique hypercar draws inspiration from lavender fields and high fashion, with flowers serving as the primary design muse, according to Bugatti.
The Mistral showcases a distinctive Lavender purple paint finish, reflecting the vibrant lavender fields of Provence, France. This sophisticated hue shifts between blue and purple depending on the light. Complementing the bodywork, the brake calipers are also painted purple, while the lower body features carbon fiber accents subtly infused with purple tones.

On the underside of the rear wing are hand-painted flowers and the name Caroline, the owner's daughter and the car's namesake.
A striking detail, revealed only when the rear wing is raised or deployed for braking, is its white underside adorned with hand-painted flowers and the name "Caroline." This personal touch honors the owner's daughter, whose name also graces the vehicle, and is subtly integrated, appearing only during specific operational moments.
Inside, the lavender theme continues with a luxurious combination of white and dark purple leather. Bugatti's designers intricately embroidered delicate flowers onto the headrests, transmission tunnel trim, and door panels. These floral motifs blend blue and purple shades, with the door panel embroidery creating a dynamic, wind-swept effect. The iconic Dancing Elephant symbol, a hallmark of Mistral models, is presented in purple-tinted glass within the gear shifter.

As the final Bugatti model to house the powerful W16 engine, the Mistral is equipped with four turbochargers, delivering 1.578 horsepower and 1.600 Nm of torque. Its power is channeled through a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox to a 4-wheel drive system. The car accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 2,4 seconds, achieving a top speed of 453 km/h, though it is electronically limited to 320 km/h.
Production of the W16 Mistral is strictly limited to 99 units globally, with each vehicle serving as a unique work of art due to extensive personalization options. While the specific price of the Mistral Caroline remains undisclosed, it is confirmed to exceed the model's starting price of 5,04 million USD.
