A dashcam captured a silver Kia Morning suddenly driving directly towards the dashcam car while it was stopped at a red light. The Kia veered left, encroaching into the oncoming lane, seemingly attempting a shortcut through a nearby opening.

Driving into oncoming traffic is illegal and creates a risk of traffic jams and danger for both the offending driver and other road users. Decree 168/2021 stipulates a fine of 18-20 million VND and a 10-point deduction from the driver's license for this violation.
