To mark its 30th anniversary in Vietnam, Honda Vietnam introduced a special edition of the Air Blade 125 scooter, featuring a design inspired by characters from the Marvel universe. This limited edition comprises 4,000 units nationwide, equally split between the Spider-Man and Venom versions, with 2,000 units for each.
The Spider-Man version features a red and black color scheme with graphics inspired by the superhero. Conversely, the Venom version is predominantly black, accented with red patterns on the body. The Air Blade 125 Marvel edition's only changes are its colors and decal design. Its technical specifications, frame design, and basic features remain identical to the standard Air Blade 125 available in the market.

Specifically, the scooter is powered by a 125cc eSP+ engine, featuring 4 valves and liquid cooling, delivering 11,7 horsepower and 11,3 Nm of peak torque. Convenience features include a smart key system, led lights, under-seat storage, and a USB Type-C charging port. The overall design of the scooter is unchanged from the standard version.
Notably, the Air Blade 125 Marvel edition does not come with an anti-lock braking system (abs). It retains the standard braking configuration of a front disc brake and a rear drum brake.
The suggested retail price for the Air Blade 125 Marvel edition is 48,1 million dong. In contrast, the standard Air Blade 125 currently retails for about 42,2-43,3 million dong, depending on the color. This means the special edition is slightly more expensive than the Air Blade 125 equipped with abs, which is priced at 47,8 million dong.
The Air Blade is one of Honda's flagship scooter models in the Vietnamese market. First launched in 2007, it has undergone several upgrades in design, engine, and features. Honda currently distributes the Air Blade in two main lines: 125 and 160. The 160 version features a larger engine, while the 125 version targets general urban commuting needs and is positioned at a lower price point.
Within Honda's product portfolio, the Air Blade is positioned as a mid-range sports scooter, appealing to young customers and daily urban commuters. Its main competitors in this segment include the Yamaha NVX (55,3-69 million dong), and several similarly priced electric scooters such as the VinFast Viper (45,5 million dong with battery) and the DatBike Quantum S1 (50 million dong).
