The incident occurred on Le Duan street in Pleiku ward, where an oto unexpectedly swerved right, colliding with a moto traveling in the same direction. The impact caused two people on the moto to fall to the road, and the moto then crashed into the side of the oto. The oto driver did not stop but left the scene. The extent of injuries is currently unknown.
Prior to the accident, the oto had repeatedly driven very close to other motos, despite the road being relatively empty, indicating a lack of control and awareness.
