Honda has revealed key features of the WN7, though full specifications are yet to be released. The motorcycle features a permanent magnet synchronous motor coupled with a chain drive, a familiar mechanical setup for those accustomed to internal combustion engine motorcycles.
The name WN7 derives from the "W" from the "Be the Wind" electric motorcycle concept, "N" for Naked, and "7" referring to its power segment.
A 5-inch color TFT display sits in front of the rider, and the bike features the newly developed Honda RoadSync app, allowing smartphone connectivity for navigation and communication.
For added practicality, the WN7 boasts a 20-liter storage compartment under the seat, a plus for commuters looking to store helmets or daily essentials.

The WN7 is equipped with a fixed lithium-ion battery and supports both home and fast charging. A standard household outlet can fully charge the battery in under three hours, while a CCS2 fast charger can charge the battery from 20% to 80% in just 30 minutes. Honda estimates a range exceeding 130 km on one charge, ideal for daily commutes and city travel.
Weighing 217 kg, the WN7 offers performance equivalent to a 600cc internal combustion engine motorcycle. However, it delivers 100 Nm of torque, typically found in a 1,000cc motorcycle.
The WN7 will officially debut at EICMA in Italy later this year. Production will commence this year, with deliveries to Honda dealerships in Europe expected in early 2026.
Honda has set a price of GBP 12,999 (approximately USD 17,700) for the WN7—a premium price for a basic electric motorcycle intended primarily for commuting.
