A business specializing in imported vehicles in TP HCM recently launched the Hyosung GV350X in the market. This marks the first appearance of this mid-range cruiser in Vietnam, imported from China.
The GV350X sports a neo-retro design, blending classic and modern elements in its overall aesthetic. The motorcycle features low handlebars and a low seat, complemented by bar-end mirrors. Silver-colored details like the exhaust pipe and engine covers contribute to the Korean model's muscular and robust appearance.

The motorcycle measures 2.130 x 790 x 1.080 mm (length x width x height).
The Hyosung model has a wheelbase of 1.460 mm and weighs approximately 180 kg. With a seat height of 730 mm, it is suitable for most adult Vietnamese riders.
The Hyosung GV350X is equipped with upside-down front forks and dual hydraulic spring-damper rear shocks. These are common features found on cruiser motorcycles with engine displacements of 350 cc and above.
This Korean brand motorcycle features a 16-inch front wheel and a 15-inch rear wheel. It comes with single disc brakes on both wheels, complemented by an anti-lock braking system (abs).
All lighting on the motorcycle is LED. The speedometer combines an analog display with a tft screen.

The engine has an actual displacement of 339 cc.
The GV350X is powered by a liquid-cooled, sohc v-twin two-cylinder engine, producing 31,5 horsepower at 8.500 rpm and a peak torque of 30 Nm at 6.500 rpm.
Power is transmitted from the engine to the rear wheel via a belt drive. This system provides smoother operation and reduced noise compared to a chain drive, though replacement costs are typically higher. The motorcycle includes rider assistance features such as traction control and a slipper clutch.
Due to its generally less widespread brand recognition in Vietnam, the Hyosung GV350X primarily appeals to young people who prioritize riding experience over brand prestige. Its engine, with a displacement under 350 cc, also makes it a suitable choice for new motorcycle riders.
In Vietnam, the GV350X introduces a new segment for neo-retro cruisers with an actual engine displacement of 339 cc. For those seeking a purely classic style, the market offers the Royal-Enfield Classic 350, priced at 139 million dong.
