The E3W features a completely flat floor without obstructive sills, ensuring easy entry and exit, including wheelchair access. Its flexible foldable seats allow quick conversion between passenger and cargo configurations. Additionally, the vehicle integrates adjustable ground clearance, aiding navigation through flooded or uneven roads.

Inside, the cockpit boasts a minimalist digital interface and an ergonomically optimized layout, prioritizing driver comfort. A built-in phone holder and perforated panels, inspired by tool boards, enable users to customize storage space as needed.

Hyundai envisions the E3W serving various purposes, including last-mile delivery, ride-hailing services, and rapid-response ambulances. Test versions have also appeared as a mini-racer, featuring Hyundai Performance Blue paint and a large rear spoiler.

The E3W first debuted in 1/2025 alongside its four-wheeled counterpart, the E4W. Production is planned for India, with distribution to Asian and African markets. Upon its release, the E3W will directly compete with electric tuk-tuk rivals such as the Fiat Tris.
